ESS, part of the Compass Group, are looking to expand their scope of services which is creating career opportunities; as part of our growing PFI contracts portfolio we are looking to bring on board a Fabric Technician.
Now your day to day duties will be varied on a day to day basis, but you will manage & analyse the CAFM/PPM system data to optimise the efficiency of the FM operation.

Plus, as Building Services AP, you will ensure the right number of RP’s and CP’s trained, assessed and appointed to meet the requirements of the PPP-IML Safety Rules and Procedures and a training & succession plan for the teams is in place.
