ESS, part of the Compass Group, are looking to expand their scope of services which is creating career opportunities; as part of our growing PFI contracts portfolio we are looking to bring on board a Mechanical Technician.
Now this list is not exhaustive but what you will be involved with on a day to day basis, will be to manage the delivery and quality of the Engineering Services operation, Utilities, Lifecycle & Variations, is in accordance with our client service level agreement. Be responsible for the delivery of the labour, equipment & resources budget for the Engineering Support Hub (ESH) in line with or exceeding company targets
And manage & analyse the CAFM/PPM system data to optimise the efficiency of the FM operation.
On to the interesting part, what we need to see in your application is someone that is an enthusiastic individual who has a drive & passion for leading within a Hard Services environment.
Sound technical understanding of M&E systems including PPM, Reactive Maintenance and Fault Rectification. Has experience of managing site based skilled engineers building capability and engagement to optimise performance and support individuals to realise their potential.
Experienced in the operation of CAFM systems, knowledge & experience of delivering year on year improvements in service delivery
• Recognised Mechanical apprenticeship
• NVQ, City & Guilds L2 or L3 or equivalent in Industrial/Commercial installations
• Complete Level 2 HSE e‐learning “Working Safely”
