I am actively seeking an Electrical Associate for a very known Building Services Consulting Engineering organisation based in Oxfordshire.

This role is very much "hot of the press" and has been created as a result of some ongoing, yet controlled, expansion.

You should have a relevant Degree, BEng/BSc, and ideally be Chartered MCIBSE or MIEE.

Having said the above, if you feel you have sufficient experience of Electrical Building Services Design Management and gravitas to liaise with clients at Board level then please do not hesitate to apply.

You should have very high commercial skills as you will have full profit and loss responsibility for all the projects which yourself and your team are employed on from inception to completion. This will include full invoicing and credit control tasks.

The Electrical Associate Design Manager will be responsible for managing major projects and driving/mentoring your team to produce the highest quality designs both on time and on budget.

Risk analysis will be very high on your list of priorities as will performance management at all stages of the design phase.

The company project list is many and varied and therefore there is an immense challenge here for a progressive Engineer or Associate who can see the long term career value in joining this unique company in the very near future.

For more information and a 100% confidential conversation on this Electrical Associate Design Manager career opportunity please contact Nick Bond right away
