BREEAM Assessor - Edinburgh or Glasgow

Our client operates in The Building Services sector, have multiple offices across the UK and work on a diverse range of projects. They have offices in both Edinburgh and Glasgow and are open to candidates working in either location. Ideally this vacancy will be filled be a candidate looking for a permanent opportunity but our client will consider candidates wanting to work Part-Time or on a Consultancy basis.
Your new role
An increased workload has resulted in their current need, candidates are required to work closely with the existing BREEAM staff and be comfortable taking ownership of new and existing BREEAM projects. The successful candidate will need to be able to lead meetings to and discuss the BREEAM process, communicating effectively with designers, clients and contractors on credit compliance and evidence requirements. You will maintain good records and working practices to ensure that BREEAM evidence is suitable for audit by BRE and comply with quality standards.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will ideally be a licensed BREEAM assessor in areas such as Commercial, Retail or Public Sector. You should have experience in carrying out assessments from beginning through to post construction certificate. If candidate don't have experience in this area but have a BREEAM qualification and experience in Building Services/Construction then you may also be suitable for the role.
