Senior Electrical Engineer – Multi Disc consultancy

£55,000 + Package

An award winning firm of property consultants are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to project manage projects within the commercial, resi and mix used sectors. This medium sized consultancy work with some of the largest estate portfolios and developers in London and have a fantastic reputation in the industry for retention of staff.

Within this client facing role you will take lead on projects and hold project manager duties for your select projects, utilising more junior design engineers and coordinating with other senior project leads. Candidates will have experience carrying out details electrical building services design, using programmes such as Amtech, Dialux and CAD. Details of tasks below:

  • Carry out engineering concept design to detailed design, tender and contract on site supervision to completion.
  • Prepare specifications, reports, design drawings and budget costs to programme.
  • Design, manage and supervise projects coordinating with other engineering disciplines.
  • Carry out detailed design in accordance with industry guides.
  • Agree level of service, and project design duties for each project, understand relationship with fee.

Candidates should have at least 8 years experience within a design consultancy or D&B Contractor in the UK.
