£19 - 21K    plus pension, healthcare, plus 23 days annual leave

  • Do you have the ability to operate MS office (Word & Excel) to at least an intermediate level?
  • Do you have previous  administrative experience working for an engineering service provider/company?

We are once again supporting one of our main contractor client to appoint a Call Centre Administrator operating onsite on one if their flagship housing/residential contracts based in North London.

As a renowned client they pride themselves on leading the way on community regeneration and housebuilding projects within public and private housebuilding confines.

In what is a great opportunity as Call Centre Administrator you wioll be reporting ont o the Call Centre Manager and provide support with  customer service targets as well as planning areas of improvement or development, and also ensuring that all calls are answered.


Further responsibilities include:
  • Handling customer enquires
  • Providing telephone assistance
  • Internal and external distribution of correspondence
  • Carrying out filing as per standard filing system, keeping files up to date & any hard copies as required

The ideal Call Centre Administrator will have Cal Centre experience as well as an efficient, courteous and professional approach to all telephone callers.
