SENIOR ENERGY AND SUSTAINABILITY CONSULTANT
I am currently working in partnership with an international, multi-disciplinary engineering firm who are looking to appoint a Senior Consultant with particular expertise in dynamic thermal modelling (IES) assessment to their Energy and Sustainability team in Central London.

Responsibilities include:
§ High competency in IES Dynamic Thermal Modelling design software, especially as it relates to low energy, low carbon and inclusive buildings.
§ Providing design solutions including with reference to Building Regulation Part L and F compliance, Façade studies, Daylighting, Thermal and visual Comfort Studies, heating and cooling loads
§ Understanding of energy/water efficiency measures and Low Zero Carbon technology (combined cooling, heating and power, solar PV/Thermal, Wind, Biomass Heating/CHP, Ground Source Heat Pumps, Geothermal Heating and Cooling).
§ Knowledge and understanding of Sustainable Building Assessments, as they relate to thermal or visual credit and BREEAM / CSH modelling protocols.
§ Providing Energy / Sustainability expertise and data to reports for planning applications.
§ Keeping up to date with energy and sustainability services policy, legislation and guidance etc.
