Job Title: Regional Facilities Manager / Head of FM - UK

Place of Work: Midlands based with UK travel

Type: Permanent

Max Salary: 70,000 + Package: Car or car allowance, 20% annual bonus based on individual

Job objectives and responsibilities

The Regional Facilities Manager - UK role drives the facilities management and delivery across the client's buildings in the UK. Leading a team of Facilities Managers, you will work with the client to deliver the Group Property Strategic plan and to ensure the buildings operate effectively across all of the designated service lines whilst creating an environment where those users feel they receive "excellent customer service first time, every time". To build key stakeholder relationship developing best in class solutions for the customer with the vision to be deemed by the stakeholder as a "Trusted Advisor".

Ideal home location: Midlands, but needs to be flexible with travel as they will be going to Derby, London, Scotland, the Lakes, across Europe and America

Candidate will need a driving license

Contract: Core value £30 million, with an additional £80 million including project work

Team structure: 9 Facilities Managers (both hard and soft services) and Estate Director

Main responsibilities:

  • Monitoring the team's performance
  • Monitoring P&L
  • Working very closely with the estate director

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Understanding of manufacturing industry
  • Hard FM background
  • Commercially driven
  • Have a proven track record of juggling various service levels
  • Hold CBIFM or FBIFM
  • IOSH holder
  • NEBOSH holder
