We are looking for an enthusiastic Administrator to join our team in Reading. As an Administrator you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Hydrology and Bridges Team.

Key responsibilities:
  • Answering incoming telephone calls professionally and efficiently in a timely manner.
  • Providing administrative support which includes diary management, organisation of meetings, attending meetings and minute taking, collation of reports and drafting presentations.
  • Ensuring all correspondence/reports are copied, collated, bound correctly, in accordance with procedures and circulated appropriately.
  • Co-ordination and scheduling of appointments and business trips to include travel, hotel and transport arrangements where required.
  • Set up files for projects in accordance with quality procedures and maintain document control of projects
  • Provision of reception cover during times of annual leave, sickness and peaks in work load.
  • Assist with any other ad-hoc administrative duties as part of the wider admin team as reasonably directed by the Head of Administration, Principal/Senior Administrators or Senior Managers.
About You:

You will have good computer skills including: MS Word (Intermediate); MS Outlook (Intermediate); MS Excel (Intermediate); MS Powerpoint (Beginner).

You will also need to have excellent communication skills and a high degree of self-management and initiative, be reliable and flexible to ensure that the best possible service is given to internal and external clients.
