Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

Up to £45,000 plus excellent benefits

Conrad Consulting is currently working with a key client who, due to successfully securing a number of new projects, is looking to recruit a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer for their award winning building services team.

The successful engineer will be working on sustainable schools, high end leisure developments and other more unusual projects.

We are looking to hear from candidates who a have a proven track record within the building services industry. We are seeking someone who is highly presentable and personable as you will be representing the company in a client facing manner.

With constant expansion and recognition of excellence this innovative and award winning consultancy is an excellent prospect for any ambitious engineer. Some working knowledge of both electrical and public health disciplines in addition to the candidates own specialism will be required.

Key Requirements Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

  • Degree Qualified in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Chartered or happy to work towards Chartership by either CIBSE or IMechE.
  • Good working knowledge of relevant design software - AutoCAD, Revit.
  • Good working knowledge of relevant calculation software - Hevacomp.
  • Fully conversant in British standard of practice - experience working on UK projects.
  • Experience managing projects.
  • Circa 5-10 years relevant industry experience.
