A listed international organisation renowned for providing strategic solutions within the property management, infrastructure and energy markets have entrusted RGB to appoint a Project Manager based in their well connected London offices.

As Project Manager you will benefit from working within a global company, with a strong share/stock price, heavy investment keeping them ahead of the market as well as an ethical employer.

As Project Manager reporting into the Senior Project Manager you will be working within a growing team 5 projects operatives geared at ensuring projects are planned and executed according to programme.

 
Projects tend to be up to £1.5m in value ranging from small installations to large scale works.


Typical projects could involve putting together solutions for Access Control, CCTV, Lighting Control, Control, Heat Sensors and Wireless systems etc… Customers for the company include noted contractors, developers and internal customers.


In what is a very interesting role the successful Project Manager will  take pride in bringing information back into these systems, testing, converting information into ‘insight’ and turning performance specs into designs.

The right Project Manager will have a background working for a contractor such as Fire & Security company with a proven history of project managing the installation and maintenance of systems/data driven wireless technology within building services, PRINCE 2, CDM with an element of software delivery.
