Your new role
The role offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic enhancement of their current working practices in both the design and standardisation of produced output across their Building Services business.
You will be responsible for reviewing all design output for a variety of mechanical designs, checking for their accuracy, as well as assisting in the development and implementation of standardised methods across the business. The role will also involve the production of feasibility designs at RIBA stages 1 & 2.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be degree qualified with previous experience as mechanical building services design engineer. You will be a chartered engineer with a relevant body such as CIBSE. As you will be liaising with team members and clients you must have good communication skills both verbal and written. Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit MEP will be beneficial but is not essential.
