NIC Duty Holder - Surrey

Role of the Duty Holder:

The duty holder will be the appointed person on a 350-acre government project in Surrey with responsibility for the maintenance of the standard and quality of the electrical installation undertaken. The duty holder will also be responsible for the assignment of electrical work to the Qualified Supervisor(s), Ensure that all work undertaken or arranged is carried out by competent persons who are appropriately supervised and to ensure that the appropriate certificates and reports are issued for all completed electrical work.

The duty holder is oversea a team of supervisors in relation to the testing and inspection of electrical systems on the project on and annual and 5 yearly bases. The role will also be on the client facing side so will be liaising with client on a regular basis.

Profile of Duty Holder:

Must hold 17th edition and be NICEIC approved contractor certified.

Experience within similar role overseeing team of site supervisors.

This role is a permanent position within one of the UK's leading Building Services Contractors and the salary, package and benefits on offer are negotiable.
