Senior M&E Planner - Manchester - Perm

Role:

Reporting to the Regional Operations Director, we have an exciting role available for a Senior M&E Planner. You'll be involved in helping to advance our Operations team, as they work towards future development. The M&E Planner will include the undertaking of M&E planning responsibilities for M&E projects and tenders, the development of critically linked detailed programmes, evaluation of time analysis, production of progress review reports and support for our Project and Commercial teams. Your interpersonal skills as an M&E Planner will be first rate as the role will include involvement in client facing interviews, presentations and meetings.

Reports To: Regional Operations Director

Qualifications:

We're looking for someone with qualifications at HNC/HND/FdSc or Degree in Building Services Engineering. It would also be advantageous if you have additional qualifications in M&E Planning/Management and knowledge of Contracts. Experience with Asta Power Projects is essential.

Attributes/Skills:

You should have comprehensive technical knowledge of Building Services and Buildings. Using your excellent communication skills you'll be happy as part of a team and working autonomously. Applying your commitment to logic and detail will be second nature and you're able to prioritise and manage your workload effectively. You are conversant with the range of contracts utilised within typical construction projects eg NEC.
