Associate Electrical Engineer - Bristol - £55K to £65K + Package
Human Capital Solutions is currently working in partnership with a leading global building services consultancy with a network of UK offices. They are currently looking for an Associate level Electrical Engineer to be based in their Bristol office who can develop and lead the Operational Engineering team within an existing client base.
The team will be mirroring the success of other Operational Engineering divisions across the UK. You will be required to work with the existing client base in due course help to develop the team delivering M&E engineering solutions to a wide range of client sectors.
This Associate Electrical Engineer will focus on Operational MEP Building Engineering. The role complements their core design business and enables our client to provide an integrated professional consultancy.
The key focus of the Associate Electrical Engineer is to advise their clients (Investors, Landlords, Property Agents, Building Managers, occupiers) that their buildings are operating as effectively as they can be from an MEP perspective and to investigate and advise of the best areas to invest to gain the maximum value from their buildings.
The Associate Electrical Engineer you will deliver a combination of services including: Plant Renewal, Replacement and Refurbishment, Surveys and Technical advice.
Providing technical advice to clients on engineering systems, legislation compliance and how to undertake forward planning and refurbishment, management of change and the maximisation of the total asset value.
You will be client facing, developing and producing reports and be able to offer guidance on MEP Operational Engineering matters across a range of sectors.
Ideally you will have a relevant degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent qualification. However most importantly you will be confident in your engineering experience to date and be able to work autonomously following some initial guidance on procedures.
Team-based work approach and an appreciation of holistic working.
Excellent communication skills with both internal and external clients.
