BIM Coordinator / BIM Manager

Human Capital Solutions are working exclusively with a leading Building Services design consultancy to find them a client facing BIM Coordinator / BIM Manager for their London office.
Reporting to the founding Directors, you will take a lead role in developing their Revit and BIM capabilities, assist with delivering major projects and developing the team and also ensuring all BIM Level 2 Projects comply with PAS 1192-2 and PAS1192-3.
This is a great opportunity for a BIM Coordinator or BIM Manager to join a privately owned practice and enjoy working in a supportive, friendly and relaxed environment. The BIM Coordinator / BIM Manager can expect to work on a range of £5M - £250M projects ranging from TV studios, schools, universities, commercial offices and hotel and leisure projects from feasibility to post construction.
The ideal BIM Coordinator or BIM Manager will have a minimum of three years' experience using Revit MEP and at least one year in a BIM Coordinator or BIM Manager role.
In addition to a generous salary of up to £55K, they also offer 25 days leave (plus an additional 3 days over Christmas), 3% Pension, Interest Free season ticket loan, annual performance related bonus, regular social activities and a 37.5-hour week.
