Director of Building Services – Mechanical or Electrical / Central London

I am currently working alongside an established MEP Consultancy in London who are looking to appoint a Director of Building Services due to a number of highly prestigious project wins and planned growth within the company.

My client have delivered a number of well – known and world class projects throughout the UK and overseas across a wide range of sectors from large, mixed use developments through to one-off private houses. The mix of different skill sets within the organisation allows them to take technically challenging projects and deliver them to a very high standard.

As a Director of Building Services you will be delivering and managing a number of UK & International projects in a very client facing position as well as managing and mentoring junior engineers, attending meetings, getting involved in bids and fees, resource planning, design reviews and getting involved in detailed design.

For this position you should either be working at an Associate Director Level or equivalent and looking for that next step in your career or you will be at a Director level who is looking for a fresh challenge and to be involved in a dynamic and forward thinking consultancy.

The Director of Building Services opportunity has great potential for future progression to becoming a Board Director.
