A Residential Management Organisation in the 'Sunday Times Top 100 companies to work for' that specialise in improving the quality of homes in a central London region, are seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer with a consultancy background to join their engineering team and train to be a Project Manager for their residential schemes.

Providing property development and regeneration services from concept to completion they deliver a number of large schemes each year and over £14million of repairs as well as delivering the Decent Homes programme that invests over £200million to improve the residential standards in central London.

The role is for a Mechanical Engineer that has been working for a consultancy in a design position who would like to take their career to a different level and be trained up as a project manager to run jobs on site, managing the technical, financial, people and external contractor aspects of the projects.

The role would suit a confident individual who has the ability to build good relationships with both internal and external people, managing expectations, overseeing design to construction and handover phases and delivering high quality work.

You will be degree qualified with a view to becoming chartered which will be fully supported.

You should expect to be fully trained and running projects within 2/3 months.
