Working on an array of projects including residential, research and education sector this organisation is always growing and has a steady pipeline of work for months ahead.
Your new role
You will be responsible for design, survey, maintenance and completion of projects that will include water and pressurised systems within a building environment, You will be assessing the risk and advising what solution is best for a design, re-development and maintenance of mechanical services within laboratories, education buildings, and high rise residential buildings.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a degree qualified engineer ideally with a chartered status and relevant experience in building services
engineering. Good management and communication skills are vital for this role as you will be liaising with clients, engineers, and training junior engineers. It is essential that you will have good market knowledge of building services, water and pressurised systems and be able to advise on best practice forward. Knowledge of legionella would be of benefit.
