Our vision is A fresh approach to people, homes and communities.  Providing quality housing for our tenants is important for the health and well-being of our local community, as well as increasing the economic growth in our area.  Right now, we’re looking for a Heating Services Inspector to ensure that our tenants receive a first class service.

The role

  • Take responsibility for the quality of works carried out by external contractors
  • Be confident in your approach to providing expert support and advice to tenants and staff as appropriate
  • Ensure that we deliver excellence in every respect – from the quality of our work to our customer service skills.

About You

You will have a background in delivering annual gas service programmes, preferably in social housing, supported by excellent mechanical engineering and budgeting experience.  You must have an HNC/NVQ level 4 (or equivalent) in a Construction Industry related subject, as well as up-to-date ACS qualification with core elements relevant to domestic gas installations.

Benefits

In return, we are committed to being a good employer, offering a wide range of employee benefits including flexible working packages, an excellent pension scheme, discounted gym membership, walking groups, healthcare cash plans, health and wellbeing checks to name but a few.  What’s more, we particularly welcome applications from women who are underrepresented in the service.
