The Company

My client is a multi-disciplined building company that do everything from design, build, refurbish, install and maintain and have been running for over 25 years.

They are basedi n Dartford and Employ circa 30 engineers.

They cover all aspects of commercial, retail, leisure, healthcare and public sector industries and deliver fully functioning energy efficient environments – from design, water, gas and electrical services, heating and air-conditioning, health and safety coupled with routine planned maintenance.

  • Mainly work for managing agents with most of the work in central London occupied offices so they need experience in this. 
  • Some fairly high end offices but also look after Bloomsbury Square Car Park.
The Candidate
  • FCU servicing experience is a must as we have loads of this.
  • MUST BE multi-skilled and able to come up with good engineering solutions for most M+E problems within the building services environment. 
  • MUST BE available and keen for out-of-hours (mainly Saturday) working which will mainly be FCU servicing
  • MUST BE willing to drive into London most days – this usually means based within the M25
  • Ideally more than 5yrs experience and as this is not a static role must be used to going to multiple buildings most days.
