Your new role
Your role here will be to manage the project from start to finish. You will be required to meet the client, build relationships and write the specification. Following this you will conduct condition surveys of mechanical services in various properties and design heating, ventilation, hot and cold water. Over time you will be expected to mentor a team of design engineers and check their designs.
What you'll need to succeed
A degree in mechanical services or equivalent, with previous experience working as mechanical engineer. You will be a chartered engineer or on the way to becoming chartered. As this is a client facing role where you will also be liaising with other engineers, good communication skills both verbal and written are essential. Proficiency in AutoCAD and full UK driving licence.
