Senior Facilities Manager
Senior Facilities Manager, Client side, Immediate start, excellent day rate, up to 3 months work.
Your new role
This is a client side senior facilities manager role on a large building in Bristol. The office itself has around 600 occupants across multiple floors. You will be responsible for building relationships with existing tenants, dealing with rent, service charging etc. You will be expected to manage external consultants and sub-contractors, including M&E contractors as well as car fleet services etc. You will ideally have a good knowledge of construction project management in order to oversee fit-out projects & minor capital projects as and when they take place. You will act as the health & safety manager for the building and make sure that all legislation is met and adhered to. You will also be expected to manage the commercial agents engaged by the client.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a previous track record within Facilities Management, ideally client side. You will have experience of overseeing fitout projects and minor works projects. You will also have experience of managing sub-contractors. You will be expected to carry out ISO audits so experience in this area will be essential. Due to the health and safety management involved in this role, you will hold a health & safety qualification, e.g NEBOSH.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a competitive rate of up to £300p/day depending on experience. This contract is likely to run for 3 months.
