Mechanical Building Services Engineer, 6 month contract, Up to £29ph -Immediate start

Your new company
You'll be working for a large public sector organisation in South Wales. You will sit in the organisation's estates function providing building services input from a mechanical perspective

Your new role
The primary purpose of the job is to prepare designs, tender documentation & to supervise HVAC works on properties. You will be expected to provide advice on all aspects of mechanical building services. You will be expected to review energy efficiency and life costings / ongoing maintenance costs. You will need to ensure that all design works conform to relevant legislative standards.

What you'll need to succeed
You will hold an HND in a mechanical engineering or building services related subject and ideally hold a membership of a relevant professional body. You will have a previous track record within mechanical design, ideally either client side or for a consultancy.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a competitive hourly rate of up to £29ph.
