Building Services Engineer

A new position within Mitie has opened up for a Building Services Engineer to be based 4 days a week on site near Slough and 1 day a week on site at Bracknell. The successful person will be responsible for carrying out mechanical, electrical and fabric/ plumbing based duties.

- Mechanical tasks- working on AHU’s, VRV’S, VRF’s, fault finding, repairs & changing filters
- Electrical duties- PAT testing, emergency light testing, wiring & re-wiring, electrical fault finding
- Plumbing duties- 1st and 2nd fix
- Minor fabric/ handyman duties- hanging doors, new locks & repairs
The right person for the job:
- Previous experience within a Building Services position
- 17th edition qualification
- NVQ or City & guilds qualified- electrical installation
