About You

You will have completed a recognised and appropriate course of study with relevant work experience and hold a relevant professional qualification. A significant and successful track record of working with all types of Estate and Property Electrical systems is essential as is the ability to plan, prioritise, allocate and monitor work and motivate teams including direct labour and contractors.

An effective communicator, you will be able to produce written reports with highly complex specialist information, adjusting the level of content to suit varying audiences. Your ability to work on your own initiative and under pressure whilst maintaining close attention to detail and adhering to agreed deadlines will be important whilst your ability to develop effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels will ensure that you quickly establish yourself as a key member of our award-winning department.

About the Role

You will have responsibility for maintaining the developing campus, and supporting the Buildings & Maintenance Manager in developing and leading the Estate team to ensure its long term success and sustainability – embedding a consistent customer-centric culture. You will also support the Buildings and Maintenance Manager and Head of Estates with the management of response maintenance, planned preventative maintenance, statutory inspection and Minor Project Works.
