Your new company
A non-for-profit housing company are looking for a Project Manager to join their busy team working on a Sprinkler Installation Project.

Your new role
You will be leading, supervising and advising a team of engineers working on a new sprinkler installation project for a public authority. You will be responsible for cost planning, budgets and building programmes of work for the project which is mainly installation on high rise residential properties. You will be purchasing materials for the project ensuring the correct procedures are followed at all times.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have a background in Mechanical Engineering or Maintenance, particularly sprinkler systems and have previous experience of Project Management.

What you'll get in return
A competitive hourly rate on a 3-6 month contract with the potential for this to be extended. Monday-Friday 37.5 hours per week.
