Electrical Contracts Manager

This company take on projects both large and small and offer a varied and interesting workload.
Your new role
As contracts manager you will run and manage a number of projects of varying size and scale across the UK and Ireland. You will be responsible for ensuring all projects are running to schedule and within budget and liaise with Clients, sub contractors and statutory bodies. You will be responsible for all records pertaining to the projects, H&S and budgets.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be working as a Contracts Manager within Electrical/ Building Services industry and have a proven track record of managing a number of projects and staff. Ideally you will be timeserved or have an HNC/ HND or degree in a related Electrical Engineering/ Building Services discipline. You will be an effective communicator with excellent record keeping and computer literacy abilities and have experience of managing client expectations whilst delivering a first class experience.
