A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Manager M & E (or someone with a strong Building/Construction basis with a good understanding of building services) to join a major Hard FM company operating within the MoD sector.

As a Maintenance Manager you will be the single point of contact for both the Head of Establishment and the client for all estate related matters on site. Supervising maintenance and low value injected works delivery upto £15k as well as monitoring supply chain operatives in the performance of their duties to recognised standards of productivity and quality and compliance with essential Health and Safety provisions.

This requires someone with the following experiences:

·HNC level qualification in a Electrical engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experiential experience)
·Sound knowledge of PPM and Reactive Maintenance regimes
·Provide professional and technical support and advice where required to maintenance teams and end users
·Ensure suitably qualified and experienced operatives are directed to relevant tasks
·Monitor supply chain work teams to ensure that operatives have appropriate vehicles, equipment stores and skills to perform allocated jobs
·Manage supply chain performance to ensure that all statutory, mandatory and reactive performance indicators are consistently achieved.
