An exciting job opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join a busy construction and maintenance team in Dundee. This job is for a well-established public sector organisation that needs additional support to cover construction projects during a busy time.
Your new role
As Project Manager you will look after a variety of new builds, refurbishments and maintenance contracts, making sure that all are being completed on time and to budget. You will be liaising with contractors on site, managing your own staff and oversee all works carried out. Reporting to Senior Management, you will be a crucial part of the projects team who will regularly report on progress, budgets and any issues that arise.
What you'll need to succeed
For this job, you will need a substantial amount of experience in the construction industry working as a Project Manager on large-scale new builds or refurbishments. You will have a Project Management qualification and ideally be a member of a professional institution. Furthermore you will have in-depth knowledge of the CDM 2015 regulations and RIBA processes.
