Electrical Associate

I am actively seeking an ambitious Electrical Associate, for an outstanding client of mine based ​in Buckinghamshire.

The company concerned are a very proactive privately owned M&E Building Services Consultants who are very well established and work on any amazing array of highly challenging projects.

You should hold a Degree and ideally be of Chartered status. If you do hold the Degree and are pursuing Chartership in the reasonably near future, please still apply as the company will still welcome your application.

Your communication skills written, electronic and verbal will need to be first rate with a view to managing and mentoring your own team as well as liaising with your clients, potentially, at Board level.

There will be a need for you to roll the sleeves up and pitch in with the more complex designs and at the same time, ensure your team are maintaining their own high levels of attention to detail and quality Electrical design wise.

You will need to be able to demonstrate an acute understanding of all matters financial on either one major project or a number of projects under your control.

Technical compliance and quality are very important to this business so, again, you will be expected to be a leader in these areas.

There is a clear progression plan and in reasonably quick time too.
