Associate Mechanical Design Engineer job, Singapore, £60k+ / S$100+, London based MEP consultancy

Your new company
This specialist building services consultancy has a London headquarters and an international presence. A growing and respected name in low-carbon engineering and sustainability, with a particular emphasis on projects in the hospitality sector. Due to strong growth of projects in South-East Asia they are seeking a talented and driven Mechanical Engineer to join their team in Singapore. Taking a lead on projects across the region, you will work on low-carbon hotel resorts and residential buildings, acting as a key point of contact for clients.

Your new role
You will take a leading position in running an MEP office. Working on design, managing projects, supervising a small team, attending site, meeting with clients and contractors, and assisting with business development. You will be transferred to the region after meeting the team in London, and will travel to sites across South-East Asia, including Japan, Hong-Kong, and Vietnam.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be driven and ambitious and ready for the challenge of relocating to a new country. You will have track record of delivering large and complex projects, with experience of low-carbon design, sustainability, and hotels or particular interest. You will have excellent client-facing skills and will be the face of the business for clients in the region.
