If you're from an Estimating background with an Electrical bias within the Building Services or FM industries then this is an opportunity to further your career in a more senior position.
Your new role
Joining a well-established team, you will be working on preparing and submitting the Electrical elements of key M&E bids and tenders on both new build and refurbishment projects, particularly within the residential, retail, education, commercial and healthcare sectors. The successful candidate will utilise their Electrical and Building Services expertise in order to win projects. The value of the projects will vary but should range from £500k to £5m. A keen focus of this role will involve the negotiation and preparation of quotations for works in conjunction with the whole commercial team.
What you'll need to succeed
As suggested, ideally, you're currently working as Electrical Estimator for an M&E Building Services or FM contractor and are seeking a new challenge within a commercially focused team where you will be at the forefront of the Electrical pre-construction process. The role will involve the management and development of staff, ideally you will have experience in this.
