Document Production Specialist

Hays Office Support have the pleasure of representing one of the country's leading law firms. They have over 1,000 staff across 6 offices: Southampton, Portsmouth, London, Cardiff, Reading and Oxford. They provide their clients with practical and straightforward legal advice whatever their regional, national and international requirements. Their clients are commercial businesses, not-for-profit organisations, government agencies and private individuals.

The Applied Technology Centre (ATC) sits within the IT Department and acts as a secretarial support team to the wider firm. The ATC assist with fluctuating team workloads by providing high quality, swift turnaround transcription and document production services firm wide, handling complex styled documents, and generally helping with work that requires higher than average MS Office skills. This service is highly valued throughout the firm and makes a significant contribution to the legal teams.

A new vacancy has arisen for someone who is a real team player and is committed to providing excellent service. The role involves dealing with a range of complex document work (styling leases and fixing formatting issues etc.) and therefore requires higher than average Microsoft Office skills and a keen eye for detail. Although the role is predominantly document production based, as the team also produce documents from digital audio, a good standard of English and the ability to touch type are essential.

Role: Document Production Specialist
Contract: Temporary for 1-2 months
Location: Southampton
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Start date: ASAP
