Legionella Responsible Person

A new position within Mitie has opened up for a Legionella Responsible Person to be based in Cumbria. The successful person will be responsible for reviewing risk assessments and compiling areas of responsibilities and work as well as arranging for risk assessments to be carried out.

- Arranging for risk assessments to be carried out- preparation of work packs, removal of panels to expose the pipework & collating relevant schematics
- Ensuring each water system has a legionella risk assessment
- Managing sub-contractors
- Reviewing risk assessments and then compiling areas of responsibility
The right person for the job:
- Previous experience within the water hygiene industry (Risk assessor)
- Experience within a managerial role
- Technically analytical
- Recognised water industry qualification
