Maintenance Services Engineer (Mechanical)

Reporting to the Senior Mechanical Engineer of Engineering and Direct Works this post is responsible for delivering the mechanical small works operations, covering both planned and reactive maintenance on the Exeter campuses. You will be fully responsible for all aspects of the day to day mechanical operational delivery for works typically between 1k and 25k. In addition, you will provide mechanical technical support for the direct works operatives.
You will be qualified with a technical/professional mechanical building services qualification and will possess extensive engineering legislation and statutory compliance knowledge. You will have a proven track record in delivery of mechanical works. This role will suit professionals with existing multi-site experience who thrive in a similar collaborative and collegial environment which relies on partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
The starting salary will be from £34,520 up to £38,833 on Grade F, depending on qualifications and experience.
