Your new role
This position will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions to improve all aspects of the manufacturing processes, using continuous improvement and proactive methodologies to ensure that optimum material & machine efficiencies, and quality, are achieved.

Responsibilities : - Proposal of process adjustments in case of poor quality - Analysis of poor quality and production disruptions - Proposal for process optimisations - Lead of Quality Improvement projects - Lead of Cost efficiency projects - Close interaction with production manager and process coordinator - Drafting of process manuals and instruction manuals

What you'll need to succeed
University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Engineering
2 years of professional experience in industrial production environment
Focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction
Strong orientation to results and continuous improvement
Good communication skills.
Good English
High potential to grow and develop within role
