Facilities Manager / Maintenance Officer, Client Side, 3-6 month contract, £20-£25ph depending on experience

Your new role
This is a regional role covering the south-west & south wales. The role will involve visiting the clients properties (on behalf of the client) and advising on refurbishment / maintenance works to the FM provider.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a good, rounded construction knowledge as well as a good understanding of compliance & legislation. As this is a regional role, you can base yourself from home however there will be travel involved to the clients properties on a regular basis.
What you'll get in return
As well as a competitive hourly/day rate and a lengthily contract, the client is happy to provide a vehicle for travel or cover the cost for mileage should the successful applicant wish to use their own car.
