Facilities Manager, Client Side, Managing 60 buildings across south-west. 3-6 months, £20-£23ph

You'll be working for a large public sector organisation that are responsible for a cluster of properties/sites across the South-West and across South-Wales
Your new role
On behalf of the client, you'll be responsible for the delivery of hard & soft services for circa 60 buildings. You will liaise with contactors across the portfolio. Manage the provision of maintenance & health & safety. Carry out property audits, surveys, inspections and reviews and ultimately ensure the client's TFM provider is delivering a high level of service. You'll be expected to carry out site visits to each property/site and liaise with the project delivery function.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll have a knowledgeable facilities management background and ideally be qualified or working towards BIFM. Ideally you would have worked client side before but this is not essential.
What you'll get in return
The contract length will be 3 to 6 months but there is every chance it could go permanent. Hourly rate will be between £20-£23ph.
