Reporting to the Engineering & Technical Development Manager, the M&E Project Manager will be based at our Euston Road Headquarters, the ten-storey, glass-roofed Gibbs Building and neighbouring building which houses The Wellcome Collection, our public facing Cultural Hub. You will be responsible for all M&E project deliveries across all aspects of mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP/M&E). You will manage all projects from inception to completion (many of which have a focus on energy & environment) including all tender activities through to on-site project management and will identify building related innovations, develop technical strategies and methods for continuous improvement to maximise value and quality.
The successful candidate will be qualified in a M&E related discipline and ideally with a recognised project management qualification. You will possess substantial experience in a comparable diverse live environment with strong project management expertise including budget and programme management. The role will suit an innovative and forward thinking individual who can operate operate in a collaborative and collegial manner within a complex stakeholder environment.
