Associate Director - Mechanical Engineer
My client is an international award winning Building Services Consultancy with a very strong reputation for specialising in cutting edge Mechanical, Electrical & Sustainable design solutions over the last 50 years. I am urgently seeking an Associate Director (mechanical) to continue the growth of the London office.
This role will suit a self-motivated and confident individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven track record of exercising commercial judgement together with practical knowledge to deliver positive outcomes. You will be collaborative both externally in design teams and internally with peers, and you will be ambitious and energetic, capable of getting the best out of your team. Although you will lead from the top, you will also benefit from a very supportive network of talented and friendly colleagues.
My client is known for their expertise and reliability for delivering many highly regarded projects across all sectors. Notable projects that the London office has completed, and is currently working on, include the Battersea Power Station Mixed use development, athletes village for the Olympics, Elephant Park for a global contractor, Lillie Square comprising of Apartments, Townhouses and Penthouses, One the Elephant which is a 37-storey, 124m tall building consisting of 284 apartments and many more prestigious developments.
With previous consultancy experience at Director level or ready to make the jump, you will be Chartered and have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification. You should have excellent technical knowledge in your primary discipline and a thorough understanding of Building Services Engineering and interdisciplinary design through all stages of the design process.
