Intermediate Electrical Design Engineer

The client that we are currently working with are a nationally recognised and highly decorated multidisciplinary consultancy. They have been around for a number of years and fully established themselves within the market. They were ranked within the UK's top 50 engineers in 2017 and work on some brilliant projects, they operate from offices all around the UK and are currently looking for a dynamic and talented engineer to come and join their practice in Leeds.
The successful candidate will be expected to carry out the design and management of electrical services, expected to promote the use of renewable technologies and advise on sustainable solutions. You will be comfortable scheduling and co-ordinating resources, liaising with colleagues, commissioners and clients as required, you will also be expected to design site specific equipment as and when needed. You will be expected to Act as the single point of contact on specific electrical engineering issues across a range of clients, as well as preparing technical/feasibility reports and valuations, advising on options and recommendations in an advisory capacity.
Electrical Design Engineer Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or building services
- Minimum of 3 years within a design role in the building services industry
- Chartered or working towards chartership
- Ability to work individually or as part of a team
- Hold a full UK driving license
- Fully IT literate with experience in AutoCAD, NES, Amtech, Revit & Cymap
- Able to work in the UK FREELY without sponsorship
