Project Engineer

A building services consultancy in Manchester looking for an M&E Project Engineer to join their growing team.

Your new company
This is a growing SME with three offices across the UK. They are a friendly and outgoing team of engineers working together. They work on a range of projects some of which reach the value of £26 million. Predominantly their strength is working on education sector projects and that is what they work mostly on. They are keen to add an ambitious team member to grow further the team in Manchester.

Your new role
This is a role for a M&E project engineer, which involves being involved in all stages of a projects, from design, calculations, specification writing, all the way through to site visits, client meetings and report writing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who would like to be exposed to all stages of a project and progress with his/hers career.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a HNC/HND or a Degree in Building Services with a couple of years post graduate experience within the industry. You will be a proficient user of Hevacomp and AutoCAD; any other design software such as Revit MEP or IES is a bonus.
You will have a strong mechanical services knowledge with electrical knowledge being a bonus.
