Job Details
An senior level engineer is now required to join our client, a forward thinking, pure building services design consultancy. Working closely with architects the company work on a wide range of prestigious projects for a repeat client base in the retail and commercial office sectors.
Candidates will possess 8 years of electrical design experience post-graduation. They will need good working knowledge of UK building regulations and have experience in designing the full range of electrical installations for building services. Desirable candidates will also have experience of meeting with clients and architects and be confident in presenting ideas to these stakeholders. Moving forward the consultancy will be able to develop the candidate towards a principal level engineer.
Candidate Requirements
Degree in Electrical Engineering
8 years of electrical design experience in building services
Experience in client and design meetings
Good understanding of UK building regulations
Good working knowledge of Amtech and Dialux
Team player
Sector experience covering retail and commercial offices
