M&E Condition Surveyor

M&E Condition Surveyor with commercial and industrial experience to join the team in Birmingham

This company is a M&E engineering consultancy who have over 40 years worth of experience. Providing services sometime from before the client has even bought the building, from their years of experience they have learnt what their clients need and requirements are. Ensuring that they can offer the best services, whilst providing energy efficient premises.

Your new role
Throughout your role you will be conducting surveys (asset collection) based on the buildings or plant rooms. You will be meeting clients along with tenants and tradesmen to help conduct these reports. You will be required to manage the project through from start to completion. You will also be required to complete engineering duties within either Electrical or Mechanical systems.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will be educated to NVQ 3 or degree level
You will have knowledge and understanding of the relevant laws and legislation
You will have experience of completing dilapidation and life cycle surveys
Experience managing projects and everything within them; budgets, invoices
Experience working in the commercial or/and industrial sectors

What you'll get in return
£40,000 - £47,000 + car allowance
Business miles paid - £0.45 per mile
