Job Details
A medium sized multi-disciplinary consultancy is now looking for a well rounded Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team in Kent. Working on a range of projects within London and surrounding areas you will be joining at a time of planned expansion.
Sectors - Labs, Residential, fit out and multi-occupancy
Key Responsibilities
Management of project delivery
Leading a team of mechanical engineers to produce detailed design for a range of clients
Ensuring technical standards are met through excellent working knowledge of BS and CIBSE standards
Development of new business opportunities
Management of fee proposals alongside Director
Candidate Requirements
Degree in Building Services Engineering
Minimum 10 years experience in building services design
Good working knowledge of Hevacomp and IES
Ability to run projects from start to finish
Proven track record in mentoring junior engineers
CEng (Desirable)
Revit user
Professional memberships to CIBSE
