Director of Building Services - £100 – 120k + Package
I am currently working with an international award-winning Building Services Consultancy in London who are looking to appoint a Director of Building Services to their London office.
Originally set up as a single office in the UK they now have 9 offices throughout the UK and Middle East are work on projects throughout Europe and the UAE.
They are renowned for working with leading architects and have delivered a number of key projects in London over recent years.
As the Director of Building Services your main duty will be to lead the development and growth of the business in the London area. You will be growing the client base and sector coverage whilst continuing to service the existing clients to generate repeat business. You will also be leading the office management team and 35 engineers below them. This role is the full package with management, design, business development and building client relationships.
Ideally you will be a chartered engineer with 15 years’ experience within the industry with at least 5 of these being within a leadership capacity. You will also have a track record of winning and delivering work and have a strong network in areas such as commercial, public, healthcare and residential.
Due to the nature of the company they are always looking to expand which means there are always opportunities to climb the ladder and take your career further whilst having the full support of the company.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a Director to really take the reigns of their own office and grow it the way that you want.
