A new job opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to work with an established organisation in the North East of Scotland. The organisation is in a period of growth and is focused on providing an efficient, competitive service, whilst maintaining high standards of quality.

Your new role
In this job, you will be responsible for the delivery of all planned and reactive maintenance of the existing properties on time and to budget, the management of the property team to ensure performance targets are met as well as the engagement with customers.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll have experience managing projects, budgets and contracts whilst working at a strategic and operational capacity. You'll also have good verbal, interpersonal skills and effectively prepare written reports whilst being I.T. literate. A relevant professional qualification in construction is essential along with management experience and a full driving licence.

What you'll get in return
On offer are a permanent contract at a salary banding of £43000 - £50000, a working week of 35 hours flexi.
