Commercial maintenance plumber - Cambridge
My client is a M&E services contractor that specialises in the design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning to a wide portfolio of commercial and industrial building services.
A highly successful, multi-disciplined building services company with a turnover in excess of £40 million, you would be joining their highly experienced and well established M&E building services maintenance and facilities management team. They have many blue chip clients and work in major sectors including
education, sports and leisure, healthcare, research, retail and offices with project value ranging up to 10 million.
They are currently in search of a mobile commercial plumber to work in a wide range of commercial contracts based within London with General HVAC and plumbing duties to include:
Reactive calls to commercial plant rooms – pumps / pressurisation units / AHUs / calorifiers etc.
Work in flats (within a commercial environment i.e. elderly persons home) to include rads/ TRVs / cylinders / HIU’s etc.
PPM / reactive / and project works so a variety of work to be had with an Option to complete price work on occasion
In return my client is Offering:
• Salary £13 - £15 p/h based on 42.5hr working week
• 20 days holiday + bank holidays
• Van, fuel card, phone supplied + travel time
• PPE and uniform and specialist tools provided
• 08:00 – 1700 mon – Fri (single time)
• Sunday / Bank holiday – (double time
• All other times – (time & a half)
• Regular OT potential
The ideal candidate must have their city and guilds level 1 & 2 in plumbing as a minimum.
