Static electrical engineer £38k – Ropemaker Street, Moorgate
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for electrical bias M&E engineer to join a well-established building service team working on some of London’s most exciting and prestigious sites.
THE COMPANY
Their Head office based in Stevenage and satellite office based in Borough High Street with on average turnover of around 18 million.
With 150 engineers and growing in size our client has operated for over 30 years and are a specialist Building Services Company, who operate solely in the commercial environment, providing total facilities management to a variety of different clientele from small managing agents right through to high end blue chip clients.
Dynamic and fast-paced work environment, they provide design, installation and maintenance services of all mechanical and electrical equipment, data centres, critical environments and infrastructure.
Working in the heart of London in Moorgate , you will be providing electrical and mechanical maintenance.
Duties :
These roles require a well presented electrical engineer who loves a challenge.
You will be working on a one man site providing preventive, service and breakdown on a number of electrical and mechanical equipment.
Will be suited to an experienced engineer who would like to take site ownership.
The Ideal candidate will have experience in the following:

- Plant rooms
- Maintenance to emergency lighting, distribution boards, AHU’s , FCU’s, Pumps, Cooling Towers
- Strong electrical knowledge
- Building service experience i.e. basic plumbing , basic mechanical knowledge , ppms
- LV AP qualified or the desire to obtain this qualification
